Breathing is fundamentally the most vital part of our existence, as the wise say, "our quality of breath reflects our quality of life". As an individual who has struggled with chronic asthma throughout my life, I understand the importance of keeping your respiratory system healthy. This tea is a wonderful elixir to prevent and reduce congestion. I enjoy continuously drinking this throughout the day knowing that I am combating germs and making myself stronger with each sip. Begin with a Ginger Tea base:
In a small sauce pot, peel and grate a 3 inch slice of ginger root.
Cover with 8-12 ounces of filtered water
Bring to a boil for about 10 mins (depending on how strong you like it.--the longer the stronger.)
• Once you have your ginger tea, add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Bee Pollen
• 1 Tsp Turmeric
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• 1 Splash of Cheyenne Pepper
• 1 Splash of Lemon
